Qigong and meditation classes

At Pittsburgh Community Acupuncture, we feel that acupuncture is a vital aspect to the health process; nevertheless, we also feel that maintaining your health in between treatments is just as important. This is why we feel that the ancient exercise of Qigong in unison with acupuncture is imperative. Qigong is the meditative practice of circulating Qi throughout the body. With certain postures and different breathing techniques, Qigong helps individuals maintain control of the energy within the body as well as allow an opportunity for practitioners to relax.

In honor of our community oriented ethics, we offer multiple Qigong/meditation courses throughout the week at a donation.
